The Virginia Pest Management Association is a member-directed organization whose Board of Directors is elected by the Association’s membership. Each year VPMA holds Board elections in accordance with the VPMA Bylaws. Article VII, Section 3 dictates the formulation of the Slate of Nominations, and Article VI, Sections 4 and 5 outlines the voting process. VPMA Board Elections
Board elections are currently underway to elect the VPMA Board of Directors.
The nominations committee presents the following Initial Slate of Nominations to the VPMA Membership on September 26, 2024.
Additional nominations can be accepted within 15 days of the distribution of this initial slate. Any active member in good standing can be nominated. Nominees should complete this VPMA Board Elections Nomination Form by close of business on October 11, 2024.
The final slate will be created and ballots, accompanied by candidate statements and photographs, will be emailed to each designated "voting member" within each Active Member Company in good standing on October 14th. The elections will be certified by the Executive Director and the results will be announced at the Annual Meeting being held during the VPMA State Technical Meeting, on November 13, 2024.
