VPMA is excited to bring you the first STM Admin Conference: Equip your team to build your business!
This conference is designed for the team that runs your office - office managers, CSRs, finance, marketing and call center staff.
You asked for it!
The Admin Track at the State Technical Meeting has been offered 5 times. Feedback received in 2022, indicated that more people would attend the admin track if it were not held at the same time as the STM because someone has to be in the office!
We delivered!
A special committee of people who work in the administration of pest control companies was brought together to design the agenda for this conference.
We will have an in-person event on September 21 in Richmond, followed by 3 90-minute virtual sessions on October 11, November 15 and December 13.

VPMA, working with some interested members, is working to bring an active and engaged chapter of Professional Women in Pest Management (PWIPM) to Virginia.
During lunch we will have "job responsibility roundtables" where attendees will sit at tables according to your job type. Facilitators at each table will lead informal discussions centering on the job type. This anecdotal learning and sharing may be the most valuable part of your day!
